Madelyn Tabor doesn’t just drive rally cars. She navigates a path defined by heritage, hard-earned growth and a purpose that stretches beyond the cockpit.

American rally driver Madelyn Tabor grew up around stage rally but didn’t connect with it until her teens, later racing karts before moving into rally at 18 with her family’s support. She and co-driver Sophia McKee have developed as a team, and Madelyn was shortlisted for the WRC’s Beyond Rally development shootout. After a crash and mental hurdles, she keeps pushing forward, aiming for more sponsors, ARA success, and ultimately WRC.

Stage rally racers gathered in St. Helens for the Mike Nagle RallySprint, with more than 30 teams tackling four timed runs on rural gravel roads near Columbia County. The event, part of the American Rally Association season, drew drivers of all ages and cars, highlighting strategic, non-wheel-to-wheel racing.

Madelyn Tabor stepped up to a full-season Rally3 campaign in the American Rally Association National Championship after testing a Ford Fiesta Rally3 during the WRC Beyond Rally program in Poland, making it her natural career progression. She’s growing into the more advanced car, excited to learn and compete, and aims to inspire other girls in the sport while focusing on fun and development in 2025.

Madelyn Tabor received an email confirming she was selected as one of 15 finalists for the WRC Beyond Rally development program, giving her a chance to attend training in Poland and potentially compete in the Central European Rally or Junior WRC—an opportunity that could elevate her career. She races in the American Rally Association’s NA4WD class and aims to inspire more women in motorsport.
